Returns
Policy, Shopoli.com Site
Returns are easy, but please read our policies below:
Within
30 calendar days of receipt of your shipment (including gifts) you may return any item,
for any reason, for a full refund
(* except as noted
below). We'll even refund the shipping cost
both ways if
the return is a result of our error.

Buyer is responsible for filing all
insurance claims against lost or damaged
merchandise with the shipping carrier.

Returned item(s)
must be in new condition with original packaging and accessories.

We can only process returns or refunds for items purchased
directly from
Shopoli.com or ABCToybox.com.

If a refund is requested, the eligible purchase price (minus
original shipping cost) will be refunded to the original purchaser (only)
within 10 business days.

If eligible return order was shipped
FREE (qualified USA order over $49.00) the
original/actual cost to ship the order initially will be deducted from
the refund total.

All refunds will be credited back to the original payment
method (credit card, PayPal, etc.) or a check from Shopoli.com may be
issued at the discretion of Shopoli.com.

We can exchange items that are not defective or damaged.
However, shipping cost to ship the exchanged item(s) back to the customer is
the responsibility of the customer.

Items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery, are in used/un-sellable
condition or are missing parts will not be eligible for exchange or refund.

Shopoli.com does not imply, express or offer any warranties or guarantees on our
merchandise.

Shopoli.com does not imply or set market value prices on the
collectible merchandise we sell nor do we guarantee the market value of merchandise
purchased.

Orders - Quantity Discounts purchases ARE NOT subject to return or refund
for any reason.
Please note:
Merchandise returned, that does not meet the above conditions, will not be
accepted for refund or exchange. This merchandise will be held for up to
10 business days after notification by Shopoli.com to original
recipient/returnee. The cost to reship unaccepted merchandise must be
pre-paid by the original recipient before reshipment. A $10.00 service
charge will be assessed for all reshipments. Shopoli.com is not
responsible for refund or replacement of merchandise outside of these
conditions. Shopoli.com retains the rights to destroy or resell the
unaccepted returned merchandise after the 10 day notification period with no
further obligation to the original recipient/returnee/buyer.
Packing
and Shipping Your Return
Please
indicate the reason for return on the packing slip, include the packing slip
with the items you are returning, wrap the package securely, and ship the

Returning
a Gift? Lost Your Packing Slip?
If you
are returning a gift, please indicate the reason for return on the packing slip,
include the packing slip with the item you are returning, wrap the package
securely and ship the package to the appropriate address below. If you do
not have your packing slip, please indicate the order number or the e-mail
address and name of the person who purchased this order, along with the reason
for your return on a separate piece of paper, and send the package to the
address below:

Occasionally,
Shopoli.com will list merchandise on eBay or other on-line auction sites for
sell. Due to the nature of an on-line auction, returns will only
be accepted within 10 calendar days if the merchandise is received with a
factory defect

below). We'll even refund the shipping cost if
