<USA ORDERS> Paying by Credit Card or PayPal: You are protected while you shop at Shopoli.com by the *Shopoli.com Shop-Safe* guarantee. Relax, at Shopoli.com you never have to worry about credit card safety or reveling your personal information to unauthorized parties.
Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet.
Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges. If your bank does hold you liable for any of this $50.00, Shopoli.com will cover the entire liability for you, up to the full $50.00. Shopoli.com will cover this liability only if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made at Shopoli.com while using the secure server. In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
Paying by check or postal money order: You can select "Phone/Fax" (off-line payment) on the order form, and send us a personal check or money order in U.S. dollars for the amount of your order. PLEASE NOTE that currently we are only able to accept money orders denominated in U.S. dollars or checks denominated in U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank. Checks must have a valid nine-digit bank routing number (ABA code) micro-encoded on the bottom of the check. Paying by check does slow down your order somewhat, as we don't process your items until your check is received, and we don't ship the items to you until your funds clear. If you are in the United States, paying by personal check or money order typically delays your order about seven to ten days.
<INTERNATIONAL ORDERS> We can only accept international credit card payments on addresses that can be confirmed and verified through our banking system. Unfortunately, this is not commonly available to most countries. Therefore, we recommend:
1. You submit an International Money Order, payable in US funds, for your total amount.... or 2. Complete payment with a verified International PayPal account, payable in US funds.
The Shopoli.com main office and warehouse operations are in Texas. Due to state law, we are required to collect sales tax of 8.25% on orders shipped to locations in the state of Texas.
We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return. *Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.
If you are returning a gift, you will receive a gift certificate for the value of your return. This may be used at any time toward your purchases at Shopoli.com. The gift certificate will be mailed to the gift recipient at the same address at which the order was shipped. (we won't let the gift giver know about your return.)
